For small or large genomes, STAB VIDA will employ the most advanced techniques for high-throughput sequencing using NGS platforms: HiSeq2000 from Illumina and Ion Torrent (PGM) from Life Technologies. These technologies can be combined with ABI 3730xl capillary electrophoresis to fill in the gaps among the contigs.

-DNA Quality: OD260:280 ratio of 1.8-2
-DNA Quantity: 10-20ug. Minimal concentration of 100ng/uL
